Are white patches in the mouth suggestive of cancer?

Hello doctor,

I have developed white patches in my mouth for a few days. The images are attached herewith. There is pain some days, and other days there is no pain at all. There is no bleeding, either. Recently, I visited an ENT specialist. He referred me to a dentist. The dentist advised me to remove the upper third molar as there was no place for it to grow, which impacted and caused this. When I enquired about the healing time of these patches, the dentist said they would not heal unless the wisdom teeth were removed. Is it some kind of oral cancer? I am a non-smoker and a non-drinker. I have never chewed tobacco. This lesion has been there for about 45 days. This lesion is on both sides of my gums near the wisdom teeth. There is no history of toothbrush trauma too. But, there might be a chance of cheek biting at the same position. Are there any medications available for this condition?

Can I drink water after an hour of stitch removal?

Hi doctor,

I got a lower left wisdom tooth removed, and I went to a dentist after four days. And he removed the stitch and put Alvogyl. I am at home, and it has been an hour, and I have saliva in my mouth. Can I swallow it and drink water? I am not sure if they said after 40 minutes to rinse or not to.

What could cause swelling and numbness after a tooth removal?

Hello doctor,

I went to a dentist three days ago to remove the nerve in the lower right area. The doctor gave me a needle of the anesthetic solution under the tooth and removed the nerve. He said that the root was too long and used a size of 28. I still feel numb on the lower right side of the lips and chin below. I also have a swelling of the upper chin right below the tooth and the location of a needle. I do not feel the lips on that side even if it was pricked by a needle. I visited the hospital, and they said that there was a root infection. They placed a substance inside the neural channels of the tooth and gave me Dalacin-C 600 mg for three days. I went back to the doctor today at his request, and he opened the channel and worked on the cyst squeezing, but it is still bloated and not affected by pressure. He said it is a bag under the root, today and after pressure on the bag. I feel pain and rheumatism in both arms from the wrist to the shoulder, and chills and I do not know what is the right behavior. I read that there is a needle to cancel the effect of anesthesia. What is your advice? Please help.
