The rating of the internal moderation panel's overview of the physician's work on the site is also taken into account. iCliniq's moderation team also comprises of physicians.

The moderation team's rating is based on:

• The physician's ability to give the patient the best possible explanation.

• The time spent by the physician on the site, attending to the concerns of the patients.
