I have a uterine fibroid of 5 mm in size, few cysts in the abdomen, and an acid reflux issue. The Ayurvedic doctor suggested Kaishore Guggulu and Kanchanar Guggulu. Can I take both of them together? Kindly help.

I understand your concern. I suggest you do the following:
1) Kanchanar Guggulu two tablets, twice daily after meals.
2) Avipattikar Churna one teaspoonful, twice daily before meals.
3) M2-Tone Syrup two teaspoonfuls, twice daily.
4) Do Surya Namaskar, Kapalabhati Bhastrika, Bhramari, and Udgeeth Pranayam daily.
5) Take dry fruits, dried figs, sprouted seeds, cow's milk and its products, honey, etc.
6) Avoid sour curd, spicy food, cold drink, alcohol, eggs, smoking tobacco, etc.
