Hi doctor,
My penis meatus has been swollen and sensitive for the past two to three months. There is no pain or itching, but there is swelling again and again on touching. I sent you photos of the penis meatus. Please tell me the treatment with homeopathy medicine or antibiotics.

I noted the content of your mail and reviewed the photo sent by you (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Based on the same, kindly explain to me how it all started. Was there any sort of injury or any insect or ant bite, or history of unsafe sex?
However, for now, take the medicine Apis Mel (Apis mellifica) 30c. The dosage would be five pills together to make a dose twice daily for the next two days and provide me a complete history as stated above.

Two months ago, when I woke up in the morning, there was swelling. So there must have been some kind of injury, and it seems that I had intercourse for the first time one month before this; I was not wearing a condom, and I felt very tight. So please suggest me proper treatment.

Based on the above, I advise you to use the medicine Arnica 30c twice daily, morning and evening, and the dosage would be five pills together to make a dose. If you have started with my previous medicine Apis Mel 30c, then use that for a day first, then start this one and provide me a follow-up after two days positively.
