Swarna Prashana contains gold as its main ingredient. It is made into Swarna bhasma through several processes as gold is impossible to be consumed in its metallic form. Gold helps in improving immunity and memory power. It also contains honey and ghee with other herbal medications. It is effective against inflammation and improves digestion in the body. It is taken around one drop in infants below five years, two drops between children of 5 and 10 years, and three drops in children between 10 to 16 years of age.
