Patient's Query
Hello,
I want to get an opinion from a naturopathic doctor. I am having some serious troubles with my gut. My stomach has been bad for a while now. My stomach swells up pretty large even on eating the smallest amounts of food, and sometimes I vomit food shortly after eating it. I am not under any medication, and I have not performed any lab tests for this problem. Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
I need to know some more details about you-
1. What are your dietary habits?
2. Do you have any addictions?
3. Do you have any family history of the same problem?
4. Do you have any other complaints?
Your symptoms suggest that you have a gastric ulcer and are overweight.
1. I suggest you take tender coconut water whenever you get abdominal pain and heartburn.
2. You must avoid all spicy foods, beverages, and citric fruits.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
My eating habits are terrible. I eat irregularly and do not eat healthy food at all. Mainly in the morning, after I wake up, I have coffee with some toast, and ten minutes later, I start dry retching, and I throw up a lot of the time. Please help.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
Abdominal bloating is due to gastric ulcers, so there is no need to worry as ulcers are not a big issue.
I suggest you try this diet regimen and see the results-
1. You must sleep before 10 PM. This will give some time for the stomach to heal all those ulcers.
2. Stress also plays a major role in ulcers, so I suggest you practice yoga and meditation.
Please feel free to contact me for further queries.
Thank you.
