I have been experiencing the skin and facial changes for more than a year. It has not resolved since then. I am also experiencing very uncomfortable sensation in my face, especially around the eyes. My skin is thin, fragile and mottled. It is shiny, though no oil is produced. Eyes seem sunken, and face looked a bit odd and dilapidated (not sure how else to describe). It looks very different than normal, definitely not in a right way. I have been asked thrice by other people whether I am critically ill or fine. I do not look like myself at all. I have trouble in sleeping because of the sensation and pressure on my face, and it gets worse when lying down. It is almost unbearable. I am wondering what is going on and how to get back my previous appearance. The dermatologist gave me short term hydrocortisone cream, which did nothing for me. Both endocrinologist and gynecologist performed extensive lab tests, which were all normal. I am attaching the before and after pictures. Please help.
Welcome to icliniq.com. I understood your concern. I have seen your pictures (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I suggest you try some of the following methods to smoothen your skin. 1. Apply coconut milk diluted with water on the face, twice a day. 2. Mix boiled rice and rice water in a mixer grinder and apply the paste on your face once a day. 3. Add raw fruits and vegetables in your diet. 4. The auto-urine therapy has also proved to be beneficial (followed by the vegetarian diet). Hope you understood my explanations. Please contact me back with your diet pattern, food habits, medications. You are always welcome for further follow-up.
