Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 28 years old and was on IVF treatment, but it failed. All my hormones are normal, but the prolactin level is 195 micrograms per liter. I am taking the tablet Cabergoline 0.25 mg twice a month. I have normal egg growth and a menstrual cycle. My AMH value is four ng/ml. One year ago, hystrolaproscopy was performed. The doctor suggested opting for a donor embryo as my egg quality is average. Can a Siddha medicine improve my egg quality? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I suggest you follow the following Ayurvedic remedies along with other medications:

1. Take one Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) capsule daily at night, after food, along with half a cup of hot milk, and add ten drops of desi ghee (clarified butter) to this hot milk. Take this capsule regularly for one month.

2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

3. Try to have intercourse between 12 to 15 days of your menstrual cycle.

4. Walk daily for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

I also suggest you consult an Ayurveda physician for complete examination and guidance. Also, ask your gynecologist about the intake of folic acid tablet.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you
