Hello doctor,

I am a 25-year-old individual. I experience tooth sensitivity whenever I consume cold treats. Additionally, I have noticed gum bleeding, specifically from my right bottom front tooth. I would appreciate any advice you can provide.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that you are experiencing dentinal hypersensitivity, which is causing sensitivity in your teeth. The gum bleeding you mentioned may also be due to localized gum infection. I suggest visiting a dentist to have the affected gum area cleaned thoroughly. To alleviate tooth sensitivity, you can use desensitizing toothpaste such as Senquel-F (sodium monofluorophosphate) or Sensoform (strontium chloride). Apply the paste to all your teeth, leave it on for about a minute, and then brush with it. Repeat this process twice a day. Limiting your consumption of soft drinks and avoid vigorous brushing of teeth. Furthermore, avoid frozen foods that may trigger discomfort until your condition improves. Please follow up with the results of these remedies after 15 days so that I can provide further guidance.

I hope this information proves helpful.

Regards.
