Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have pimples problem. I am a teenager and have so many pimples and marks on my face. I do not take any medicines for this, but I want to know some natural ways with which I can be free from these pimples. I want to remove the upper skin of my face and want the new and fresh inner skin to come out, but I do not want to have any type of treatment. I just want to know some natural ways to get rid of these pimples and marks left after the pimples.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Pimples are very common in the adolescent age group. Because, in this age group, several hormonal changes occur. Just take care of your skin and be aware of your food habits. Do not squeeze out the pimples because they leave behind scars and dark spots. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Drink plenty of water. Do regular pranayama like Anulom vilom, Nadi Shodhan, and Bhramari.

Wash your face with neem leaves water or decoction or neem face wash and apply Clarina ointment (Barbados Aloe) (Ghrita-kumari), almond (Vatada) and Indian Madder (Manjishtha) twice a day. Do these things regularly for two months and follow the above-mentioned instructions.

It will help resolve your issues.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
