Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

There is pain in the medial aspect of the knee, but you are able to walk. It indicates that there is no chance of fracture. If there is a fracture, your movement will be restricted. So, it might be a sprain in tendons or ligaments. The healing of the sprain will take two to three months. Take rest and wrap a crepe bandage around the knee joint or wear a kneecap during movement. Take Lakshadi Guggulu (Laksha, hadajora, arjun bark) two tablets twice a day with warm water after meals and apply lukewarm Nirgundi oil (tila Oil, manjistha, Haldi) externally with a gentle hand.

It will get healed soon.

Please let us know if you have any further queries.

Thank you.
