I wanted to know that has your keratoderma diffused or it is restricted to particular area please elaborate so that we may help you better. Please answer the following questions:

Since when are you facing the trouble?
Is it over both the palms and to other areas as well?
Has the nails been involved and the feet and hands, elbows as well?
Have you taken earlier any treatment?

Generally oral retinoids and benzoic compounds are given but I would suggest you to take homeopathy. Homeopathy works great on it and you may get cured completely.
