Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My age is 28 years, female, height 5 feet 4 inches, and current weight 174.16 Ibs. I have an issue with irregular periods. I am not sexually active, unmarried. I have started being physically active, doing yoga, cardio, and walking regularly. Two years ago when the same scenario of irregular periods for about four months happened, I consulted a gynecologist and did a thyroid profile and ultrasound scan. TSH was 5.8, vitamin D 21, one 3 mm kidney stone, and one small cyst in the ovary then. I was given Regestrone tablets for three days and after getting periods, asked to use Ovral pills two packs, and one bottle of Eltroxin 25 mg for regularizing periods. I was also told that this is the treatment whenever periods go missing, I should repeat the same. That is why I do not wish to repeat everything again. This time I would wish to go as naturally as possible and cure myself of the roots. I have body pains all the time, I feel weakness, cannot focus on anything for a longer time, mood swings, and anxiety. Also, please suggest vegetarian dietary changes and supplements related to this which solve the issue.
