Will my periods be on time after I-Pill intake 10 days ago?

You have a history of PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease). The bleeding you are experiencing now is most likely a withdrawal bleed caused by the emergency pill, not your "true" period. Emergency pills like I-pill contain a high dose of hormones (levonorgestrel) that disturb your normal menstrual cycle. It can delay or bring forward your next real period.

After this withdrawal bleed, your next period might come early, late, or be lighter or heavier than usual. With PCOD, your cycles are already irregular, so the pill may add extra unpredictability. This current bleeding counts as a “pseudo-period” due to hormonal change. Your next natural cycle will restart from today, so your next period might come earlier or later than your usual 28-35 day cycle.

Your periods can be irregular due to PCOD and the emergency pill effect. Some people do not get another period for four to six weeks after a withdrawal bleed.
