Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have hypothyroidism and have been under medicine for one year. However, the level has decreased, but for two months, I have been using ayurvedic medicine for the same. My periods are happening only through medicine in ayurvedic. Also, it did not come. Nor is my weight getting reduced, although I have been following the diet seriously. Please help me, as I am not conceiving, and it has become a major problem.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

You should have mentioned here the current status of your thyroid-stimulating hormone.

Also, if you are trying to conceive, you will require the thyroxine hormone. I suggest you to go for an ovulation study with the advice of your gynecologist. This study will guide you regarding the health of your egg and further help you get pregnant. But you need to consult a gynecologist regarding all these.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
