Hingwashthak churna is a herbal ayurvedic powder that helps in improving digestion. It is made up of Pippali, Ajamoda, and Hing. It stimulates bowel muscle contraction, provides relief from constipation, and reduces discomfort, diarrhea, abdominal pain, gastric ulcer, and pain in the stomach. It reduces the build-up of bacteria in the stomach, which tends to produce gas and decreases bloating. It is taken around half a teaspoon twice a day with lukewarm water.
