I am a 21-year-old male. I am using a topical Minoxidil solution with Finasteride. Initially, I got good results, but nowadays, my hair fall is increasing daily. What should I do?

Minoxidil helps stop hair fall and also causes hypertension. You have not mentioned other problems like dandruff, hair type, and split ends. I suggest you change the medication.
