Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 22 years old. I am skinny and I am getting married soon. Now I am concerned about gaining weight. I want to gain weight soon. I think that I am genetically skinny from birth. Kindly help me.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You look normal according to your height (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Being healthy is of utmost importance. As you seem to be genetically skinny, you can look more charmer by following these things. Kindly note whether your appetite and digestion are good. Do full-body oil massage with sesame oil before bath. You can take milk and milk products into your diet. Eat sweets like kheer, payasam during lunch. You can take one tablespoon of ghee in your meals. Eat red rice cooked in milk. Drink green gram soup and meat broth. Sleep well at night and dress accordingly to look plumper.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
