Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 43-year-old, and I have not been feeling well for the last five days. I had a fever every four hours. My health did not improve. Even the cough persisted for more than a month. I took Paracetamol and Pan-40 (Pantoprazole) for this problem. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your query and concern.

The report is not attached above. Kindly resend the report. Are you taking any medicine for your diabetes? As per the values shared above, blood sugar is high. Do you do any exercise as a part of your routine? I suggest you maintain a temperature monitoring chart. Is the cough dry or wet? Are you a smoker? Are you allergic to any medicine? Do you take any medicine for BP (blood pressure), sugar, thyroid, or heart cholesterol? Are you a non-vegetarian or an alcohol consumer? Are you taking the above medicines after consultation with the doctor? Or are these self-medications? I suggest you rest, use warm water, saline gargles, and steam inhalation. Avoid cold, sour, and junk foods, alcohol, and non-vegetarian foods. Avoid smoking, fried and oily foods, and drinking alcohol.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
