Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My penis has a low erection. What can I do to improve my penis erection?

Answered by Dr. Alka

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query,

You did not mention that whether you have any other health issue because it can be due to some other health problems.

  1. I suggest you to start taking Ashwagandha powder one teaspoon with lukewarm milk two times a day regularly.
  2. If you are overweight, then reduce your weight.
  3. Try to walk daily at least for 30 to 60 minutes a day.
  4. Take healthy and fresh food.
  5. Consult nearby any Ayurveda physician after ten days regarding improvement and for further management.

Thank you.

The Probable causes

The probable causes are age or some underlying health issue.

Regarding follow up

please follow up after ten days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
