Hello doctor,

Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Definitely, I would like to help you. There are several causes for an irregular period. Hypothyroidism and PCOD are most common of them. It may cause infertility. Once you should go to investigate your thyroid profile and USG abdomen to rule out hypothyroidism and PCOD. After exact diagnosis treatment would be helpful.
Hypothyroidism, pelvic inflammatory disorders, PCOD, infection.
Investigations to be done:CBC, thyroid profile, USG abdomen.
Treatment plan:Now you can take M2tone syrup 10 ml twice a day before food and Ashokaristam 15 ml twice after meals. After above mentioned investigation reports medications may be changed. So you should must revert back after investigation reports.
Preventive measures:Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Drink plenty of lukewarm water. Avoid cold drinks soft drinks ice-cream, etc. Do regular kapalbhati Mandukasana and Ardhamatsyendrasana as well as pranayama like anuloma vilom, Nadi sodhan and bhramari.
