Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com. Coenzyme Q10 had a specific benefit. Ashwagandha is a herbal supplement with multiple actions on various biochemical and metabolic pathways. From pharmacology, Naturopathy, and Integrative Medicine perspective, I can suggest taking both the medicine together. But I suggest you have a gap of one hour between these two supplements. While consuming Ashwagandha, please drink a cup of milk or honey and water, which gives more benefit according to Ayurveda.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

Is Ashwagandha the same as Ashwagandha? Also, Coenzyme Q10 seems to give me too much energy, and I cannot sleep 15 hours after taking it.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Ashwagantha, Ashwagandha, Ashwaganthi, Withania somnifera are same. This can be taken two times a day. If Coenzyme Q10 disturbs your sleep, I suggest taking only in the morning one time. You may not take during afternoon or evening times.
