Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from anal irritation and a burning sensation while passing stool. Sometimes, it burns very much and may be due to excess heat. I do have a gastric problem, and sometimes, my stomach size increases due to gas. Kindly suggest me a treatment for my problem.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The burning or anal irritation is related to digestive system disorder.

I would suggest following a good lifestyle.

  1. You should drink three to four litres of water a day and avoid spicy and deep-fried food.
  2. Rely more on whole wheat food and chew your food properly.
  3. Take fruits in sufficient quantity and include lemon in your diet.
  4. Go to bed early and wake up early.
  5. Have a physical workout for at least 15 minutes a day.
  6. Take honey on an empty stomach in the morning times.
  7. Many antacid and gastric syrups and tablets are available in the market. But you have to find the reason for the gastric problem and avoid it, or else the problem will persist. Even after following the instructions, if the problem persists for more than 15 days.

Feel free to contact us for any further help.

Thank you.
