Hello doctor,

I socialize with new people, but only if the other person is male. I have a hard time socializing with girls. While I can easily make friends, I find it difficult to engage with them again. I tend not to talk to anyone unless I have some task for them. Additionally, I struggle with severe anger issues, often shouting at everyone in my home, only to feel regretful afterward, typically about 15 minutes later. My mind feels unstable; it is constantly racing, thinking about a myriad of things simultaneously.

However, I have difficulty focusing on anything for more than a minute. Despite not being depressed, I often prefer not to engage in conversation. I also experience daytime sleepiness, even when I have had sufficient sleep the night before.
