Why do I get cold sores around my mouth?

I have genital herpes, and I also get cold sores around my mouth. It is not happening often. But it tends to come when I do not expect it. It came before a week, and now it has gone. The only thing present is the red scarring that remains after the wound healing. Now, I have a boyfriend who is still afraid of it, mainly because of me and about this cold sore.

Can I get infection from someone with sores on their hands?
Hi doctor,
I ate a pineapple today from a street vendor. I saw him cutting the pineapple fresh, and so I ate it. When he was delivering it, I saw a black dry, flaky large sore on his hands. He was not wearing any gloves. Now I am worried about having an infection from this event. I am getting paranoid. Please advice.

Do all food allergies cause anaphylaxis reaction?
Hello doctor,
I am a 29-year-old female. I was just diagnosed with chronic urticaria. I went to an allergic specialist for skin testing because my skin was so sensitive I reacted to everything. They then did the RAST test on me. Everything came out class 0 except for egg white, wheat, and oats being class 2 and milk, and hazelnut being class 1. Can these cause anaphylaxis? How accurate are the RAST test? I was put on an elimination diet but the hives are still there. I occasionally get angioedema with it also. Can angiodema cause anaphylaxis? As you can see I am so scared for my throat to close up that I am scared to eat anything. I have only been eating a couple of things daily and live off that.

Could rashes on the stomach be a symptom of HIV?

I had sex with a stranger 18 days back. I used a condom. I once sensed that the condom slipped, but when I checked it was in place. So, I continued. After my completion, I checked if the condom had any hole. It had no hole. So, I went off from there. But later, I got afraid. The next day, I went to test with VDRL (Venereal Disease Research Laboratory). It was negative. After eight days, my lips got dry and caused some pain. Two days after that, I had watery motions. 15 days later, I got itchy rashes. The next morning, it had spread on to my stomach, left, and right side. Is it a symptom of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)? Please tell me.

How is penis discoloration post-surgery treated?
Hello doctor,
Four months ago, I had a reconstructive surgery on my penis for congenital penile curvature. I had some complications such as hematoma and scar leakage, but I am good now. When my penis healed, a part of it became brown/black (discoloration). Is there a way to reverse this discoloration? Maybe what I am facing is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I tried multiple creams and it did not work. Can I treat this discoloration with laser treatments such as IPL or laser resurfacing? How many sessions do I need? I attached some pictures.
