When to take a urine pregnancy test after a missed period?
Hello doctor,
I have got a very regular 28 day cycle. I got my periods for three days in the last month with a heavy flow. So, my due would be today for this month. But, last three days I got very little bleeding and the color was light watery red and sometimes brownish. I did not have any physiological and systemic disease so far. I took a home pregnancy test on the first day of my missed period that is today, but the result was negative. I also have slight cramps on my lower abdomen. Please advice the reason.

Is there a chance for pregnancy when the sperm spills out?
Hi doctor,
Last week I and my partner had a romance, I did everything except for the penetration of my penis into her vagina. At last, I was masturbating outside with my hands, when the sperm came out it spills out over her legs and also near to her vagina. So we got scared that if sperm spill over was only outside her vagina. In case, if the spillage over her vagina was only outside means will it cause pregnancy? If it causes pregnancy means what are all the symptoms immediately or with in a week? If in case pregnancy means how to stop now? Please tell us if there is any solution for our safer side to keep us without fear. When the period will stop incase of pregnancy? Please help.

Is it normal to suddenly have an irregular period?
Hello doctor,
My wife is 28 years old. We have a daughter through cesarian and now she is 3 years old. We are using a condom as a safety measure to avoid pregnancy. She uses to have periods more or less normal lasting for five days. This time it came after 40 days with a spot of bleeding and no bleeding for three days after which normal bleeding has lasted for around eight days making it a total eleven days. This has never happened before and is worrying. Should we take this as some of the instance and continue monitoring or should we do some doctor followup? She had a uterus scan some five months back which was normal and a cervical smear test to evaluate cancer risk which was normal as well.

Is it safe to get pregnant after laparoscopic cystectomies?

I am 36 years married since a year back, I had a history of six times laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and my doctor did ovarian drilling twice, and I found AMH low and my period was normal every 30 days with the average amount, I used the ovulation kit for three months and there was no positive result (anovulatory). I want to get pregnant as soon as possible. Please advice for me.

I have body pain. Is it because of the low Hb count?

Today I checked my Hb count and it is only 11.8. For the past two months, I have been getting blood spots after the 10th day of my periods along with discharge. Is there any problem? I can also feel some body pain. Is it because of the low Hb count? My height is 5'9" and I weigh 76kg.
