How to treat pain in left hand, back, and legs related to vitamin and TSH levels?

Hello doctor,

I am experiencing pain in my left hand, as well as occasional back pain and leg pain. My vitamin B12 level is 187 pg/mL, and my hs-CRP is 3.9 mg/L. Additionally, my TSH value is 5.98 IU/L. Fortunately, my ECG results came back normal, showing sinus rhythm as normal. Please give your suggestions.

Thank you.

What is causing chest pain after masturbation?

Hi doctor,

I have been experiencing chest pains whenever I get aroused or during masturbation. These chest pains lasted for 2 to 3 seconds but were very sharp. I started taking beta blockers which alleviated the pain to some degree but the pain is still there. Previously I was taking Metoprolol 25 mg. Currently, I am taking Bisoprolol 2.5 mg. The pain is usually located in my upper chest area, especially at the base of my neck. If I masturbate too long, mild chest pain lasts for 10 to 15 minutes and I feel very tired and my chest area feels weird like my heart is not working properly. I have done tests like ECG, echocardiogram, stress test, and angiography and they were all normal. I cannot tell what is causing this pain but it is making me miserable. Thank you.

Can the dye used in angioplasty increase creatinine levels?

Hello doctor,

My sister-in-law was admitted to the cardiac center for cardiac angioplasty. However, during the angiogram, along with the discovery of six blockages in the heart, one blockage was found in both the left and right kidneys. Following the cardiologist's advice, we opted for a renal stent as the first step. After the completion of the procedure, she experienced tachycardia and chest pain radiating to the jaw. The serum creatinine level initially measured 1.8 mg/dl, but after renal angioplasty, it increased to 3.8 mg/dl and later decreased to 2.8 mg/dl. The patient has now been shifted from the ICU to the general ward. Your advice is required.

Thank you.
