I have a post graduate medical degree from Christian Medical College Vellore. My passion towards Womens Health and Lifestyle medicine helped me identified PCOS as an important area of work. With an increasing number of women suffering from symptoms and complications of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, there arises a pressing need for better support. At "PCOS Clinic" I help women with PCOS through personalised guided programs spanning over weeks to months until they are completely capable of managing PCOS on their own. Numerous women with PCOS have been able to regularise their menstrual cycles, conceive naturally and manage annoying symptoms like acne and hirsutism and regain health and happiness through this unique approach. I follow an integrative approach to identify the root cause of the condition and provide the best treatment solutions. I am also a consultant at PCOS Clinic at Womens Center by Motherhood I spend my freetime educating and spreading awareness among young girls and women in various schools and colleges.

As a medical student, I was academically oriented.
