What could cause a growing lesion in the left kidney?

I have Li-Fraumeni syndrome. My concern is the growing lesion in my left kidney. The lesion has been moderately growing since three years in my left kidney. Although it is suggestive of angiomyolipoma, I feel quite nervous because of my genetic condition. I have received my final MRI report of the kidney with contrast. Could you please look at the attachment and inform me your opinion? I am currently overseas and cannot get back to my urologist for two weeks. Thanks in advance.

Swollen vein in penis from excess masturbation?
Hi doctor,
I am uncircumcised and never had sex. I masturbate three to four times a month. For about a week there is an issue which I think is inside my penis. It feels uncomfortable like a vein is swollen or hurt. There is mild irritation but nothing abnormal while urinating or masturbating. I have no clue what is the issue. I am unable to describe it I guess. It gives a very mild pain or rather I will say discomfort. It is annoying now, the same feeling every time like the vein got hurt or swollen. Please help.

Will Levofloxacin help me in urinary bladder distention?
Hello doctor,
I am a 59 years old male. I am suffering from urinary bladder distension with a bladder wall thickening of about 6 mm. My doctor advised me to take Levofloxacin. I would like to know whether it is the correct medicine to cure my problem. Further, I am having cryptorchidism (both undescended testes). My ignorant parents did not correct it during my childhood, and I would like to know its present risk. Also, I have hypertension associated with hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia. I am taking Cilnidipine 10 mg, Rosuvastatin 10 mg, Fenofibrate 150 mg and Clopidogrel 75 mg. I have hepatomegaly also. Please suggest me better alternatives.
