What causes fever with chills and a reduced platelet count?

I got a fever with a chill. So, got my CBC done in which hemoglobin is 14.5. TIC is 6800,neutrophil is 65, lymphocyte is 29, monocyte is 0, RBC count is 4.67, hematocrit is 46.8, MCV is 100.2, MCH is 31.0, MCHC is 31.9, and platelets count are 113.0. Malaria test is negative. Two years before, I already had a dengue and my platelets are usually 140,000 in number. What to do? Fever is 99.5. No vomiting and loose motions. Earlier i used to drink and also smoke five years back. Now, I have minimized a lot. I am a little worried. Kindly guide.

What causes pain and burning sensation in left breast?
Hello doctor,
I am having a lot of pain and burning in my chest. I had an ECG done about 20 days back which was normal. I have pain on the left side, (it is like on my breast) sometimes I feel it moves. I have been suffering from this since more than a year. Last year, I went through a complete evaluation and my ECG, 2D echo and TMT were normal. I was diagnosed with acidity but not on any medication now.

Is liver-protective syrup safe with antitubercular drugs?

I am 31 years old. Recently I have been diagnosed with tubercular lymphadenitis and I have been taking the anti-tubercular medicine Akurit 4 for one week. I have done Hb electrophoresis by HPLC method test where along with other values HbA1c % was shown 4.8 %. Is it the same HbA1c that people test for diabetes or that HbA1c is different? Since I am on Akurit 4 and will be on antibiotics for a minimum period of 6 months, can I add Silymarin syrup for liver protection? Many suggest no need to take but if I take will there be any harm? Is there any tonic for the liver? My prostate size in ultrasonography is 28 x 28 x 26 mm and weighs around 11 gm and in another ultrasonography, it weighs around 13 gm. Are the prostate size and weight normal? What is the normal weight? Please help me out. The only issue I have is one or sometimes twice, I get up at night to urinate. I do not have diabetes.

What could be the cause of chest pain lasting a minute?

My father is suffering from chest pain for the last six months which is during for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and he says he is feeling like his heart is vibrating, poking during the pain. He has consulted a cardiologist four months ago and has taken ECG, echocardiogram, treadmill stress test but the report is normal except on comments it was mentioned as mildly hypokinetic mid and apical anterior septum and conducted treadmill stress test for possible ischemic but the result came as negative. And when asked about any prescription, the doctor has denied prescription suggesting it is gastric problem, nothing to worry about but again the pain has started and he is even afraid to sleep (keeping alarms once in two hours). Can anyone please suggest is this something serious?

What is the reason for headaches while rotating the neck or dancing?

I am 20-year-old women who have had sporadic headache pain bursts since I was about 12 years old. Most of the time, it occurs while I dance or rotate my neck. A snap follows by a warm, radiating agony that rushes through my entire brain. Half of my tongue gets really numb. It forces me to lie down on the floor and cringe because of the pain. Kindly help.
