What are the remedies and medications to treat premature ejaculation?

I am a 32-year-old man. I have a problem with premature ejaculation, due to which I feel dissatisfied and depressed. I consulted the doctor regarding this issue. In a blood test, my testosterone level was found to be low. The doctor suggested me to take the tablet Tadalafil 10 mg and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor 10 mg. These medications helped increase my ejaculation time, so I took them for sometime, but now I have stopped taking these medications.
Please help me and suggest some remedies or medicines to relieve my problem.

Is it possible to still be pregnant after an abortion?
Hello doctor,
I had an aspiration abortion at five weeks of pregnancy about a month ago. The day after the procedure all my pregnancy symptoms went away. I started birth control two days later. I just ended my first period a week ago. I am currently on the birth control pill Aviane. I have not had sexual intercourse since the procedure. Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous, and today I am having some stomach aches and diarrhea. I am not nauseous anymore. I do not want to take a pregnancy test as I am scared that I might get a false positive result. I would just like a medical professional to advise that it is not possible for me to be still pregnant since I got my period.

Is it too soon for a urine test post-I-pill?
Hello doctor,
My period was due on the 20th of this month. I had protected sex on 14th night, and we had a bit of a doubt about the protection, so on 15th evening, I took an I-pill. On 17th night, we again had protected sex, and on the 19th morning, I took another I-pill. I did not get my periods yet. Can period get delayed? Is there a chance of pregnancy? I tested with the urine kit last night, which was negative. Is it too early for the urine test to detect pregnancy?

I recently found out that I am pregnant. It has been five weeks since my last period. I got a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound done, and they said there were some abnormal findings.
