How to manage a kid with an autism spectrum disorder?

My son has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Now he is on speech and occupational therapy for laryngomalacia and taking Risperidone 0.5 ml daily. Since last week, he has been crying during his speech sessions and also not responding to them. However, when the session finishes, he will be happy and say, "Let us go home." Is it normal for him?

What is the risk of developing autism disorder in a premature baby?
Hello doctor,
I am a mother to a newborn infant. He is a premature baby. I had to undergo an emergency C-section. I had serious health issues during my pregnancy as well. I want to know if my pregnancy health and my son being born prematurely can affect his mental growth. Is it possible this can contribute to him having autistic spectrum disorders? He is still in the NICU for another two weeks.

Is any checkup needed for a cold and cough in a baby?

My 2-month-old baby girl child is suffering from cold for the past four days. There is a very little bit of coughing occasionally. There are some wheeziness from the nose also. Hello doctor,
I have 15-month-old twin babies who were born at 38th week they were kept in NICU for about 10 to 14 days because of weight. One of them was 1.5 and the other 1.8 now they are healthy but I had a tough time dealing with gases and it is better than before but still, they are waking up daily because of the gases I am very choosy about their diet yet they are still waking at night. I am giving them one nap a day and an hour nap I tried to switch formula also and I am giving oz colic also please give me your suggestions. There are no gases in the daytime and nap (for your information).
