I am 23 years old. I am experiencing gastric issues, ulcers in the stomach, hiatal hernia, cysts in my kidneys for the past few days. I have bad stomach pain at night and it hurts around the belly button and at the lower portion of the appendix. Can I have appendicitis? I started to have stomach issues for two months.
I went to the emergency for having repeated episodes of bad stomach aches. I had it after taking hot spicy food and NSAIDs. I took a CT scan of my abdomen and found that I have ulcers and multiple cysts in both my kidneys. I did an EGD procedure at the hospital and found out that I have gastritis and a medium-sized Hiatal hernia.

I am concerned about my bruise due to cerebral angiogram. How to manage it?
Hello doctor,
I had a cerebral angiogram performed 10 days ago. They entered through my right femoral and the test was normal. I developed the expected bruising. However, I have now developed red/purple linear streaks resembling a vascular pattern through the bruise. My thigh is mildly painful, which is new. No fever and I feel fine. I went to the ER only with abnormality and elevated D-dimers (0.64). They performed a Doppler study and found no clots. They said to come back if it worsens. They had never seen a bruise like this one. Any ideas?
I am currently on Spironolactone 100 mg daily, propranolol 60 mg daily, O cella, Sumatriptan 100 mg, and Omeprazole 40 mg daily.

I pass blood in stools with a history of constipation. Please help.
Hello doctor,
I have had two tags on my anus for the past one year. I also have a history of constipation. Yesterday, I saw blood in stool and that was not normal blood which comes when I have constipation. There was a lot of blood. Today I went to the bathroom two times and again I saw blood in stool both times. First time it was less and the second time, it was again more blood. I am confused about what is happening. I used to experience blood before when I had constipation but that was comparatively less blood. I eat homemade food, nothing from outside. I strictly prefer vegetables and pulses. Still, I am experiencing all this. Please help.
