What could be the cause of frequent urination after sex?

I and my fiancée had sex with condoms on the third of this month. When we ran out of condoms, I inserted my clean penis into her vagina for hardly 5 to 10 seconds. But as soon as I felt I was going to ejaculate, I withdrew it, and I ejaculated on her stomach immediately after taking my penis out. She took the Plan B pill after 16 hours just to be sure. We had sex again the next day, but it was all with condoms. She noticed white vaginal discharge along with a foul smell and pain inside the vagina near the cervical area and a burning sensation in the vagina on the fifth evening. She has an urge to pee frequently, but little is coming out, and it hurts while peeing. What could be the cause?

What causes orange discharge with solid pieces in urine?
Hello doctor,
I have a query regarding a possible miscarriage. I am five weeks pregnant and I woke up with abdominal pain and found a discharge in my urine that looks like small pieces of solids (beige color with a fluid inside) and with small pieces of what looks like tissue. There was no blood and just orange discharge. However, I am on Progesterone. So, the orange discharge may be from that. I am concerned about the solid pieces. I went to a doctor and they did an ultrasound and said my cervix is still closed and both gestational sacs (I am pregnant with twins) are still there. I also did a blood test and my beta-hCG has been doubling as it should (currently at 1734 at 5 weeks). Could this discharge be something else? Does this sound like a miscarriage if there is no bleeding and the cervix is still closed? I cannot stop worrying.

Can Norethisterone treat irregular periods in women?
Hello doctor,
I have had irregular periods for months. I am experiencing abnormal periods where I am bleeding every other week. Sometimes the bleeding lasts a few days whereas sometimes it lasts at least eight days. More recently, I have had my worst period. I have had it 10 days then off for three days and then back on again for another one. I am currently on a period and it does not look like it will go soon. They are not particularly heavy periods for me and are both a mixture of different shades of red. I currently take the Norethisterone, the only tablet for contraceptive. Please help.
