Can arm, hip, and knee pain occur from low vitamin D?

Hi doctor,

I have just found out that I am very low in vitamin D. I have just had lots of different blood tests, bone profile, 12 folates complete blood count, vitamin D and a couple of others, all came back normal apart from vitamin D. I have been getting an aching pain in my upper arm and elbow, hip and knee but mostly my upper arm. Can it be the low vitamin D that is causing it?

What are ways to ease abdominal pain due to stomach ulcers?

Hi doctor,

I am 29 years old male. I have chest pain, abdominal pain from the last two months. Recently, I visited a gastroenterologist. He tested endoscopy, RUT and vitamin D. I have a small ulcer in the stomach, RUT test is also positive because of H.Pylori bacterial infection and vitamin D is below 10. I am using antibiotics from 10 days but chest pain was not controlled. I have taken ECG also, it is normal. Please suggest me how to reduce pain in my chest.

What are the symptoms of gastritis and its management?

Hello doctor,

I am experiencing lower abdominal pain and chest burning and constant bloating and I am gassy today and when I threw up it burned even worse in my chest and throat with some blood mixed in it. I am a smoker. But what could this be? I have been told before without tests that it is gastritis but I am so scared. This has been happening since I gave birth to my son.

What could be done to manage recurrent gastritis pain?

Hello doctor,

I was diagnosed with acute gastritis a few weeks ago. There was no pain while taking the pills but now they are over, the pain has started again. The doctors said that I do not need to be on them anymore. Is it possible that the pain is related to gastritis?

Is it possible to get halitosis because of gastritis?

Hello doctor,

I want to ask about halitosis. I already went to the dentist and the dentist said that the problem is not in the mouth and it could be in my stomach so here I am. I hope you can help me because I am at my wit's end right now. How do I know if it is in the stomach? What should I do? I do not think it is acid reflux because I already take PPIs for more than one month and it seems to be still there. Please help me.
